Space Pest Removal

Well well. Another Holiday has come and gone, ushering a brand new year.

I am so thankful that I have so far managed to maintain the schedule for SPR.  It is a truly exciting experience. I have learned so much through the simple fact that I am just doing it: A webcomic. There is no better way. I am still learning a lot about the craft and I love to see the artwork evolve.

The hardest part for me is the writing. I am still new to that aspect. I look forward to see that evolution over time.

One of my favorite Christmas presents this year was from my daughter, Sarah. She did this great drawing of Strad and Pelet.

I was going to post this at a webcomic challenge forum… But it seems that it just got spamattacked so I am going to post it here. Let me know what you think.

Last week, my students where asked to draw a cartoon version of themselves as a quick challenge assignment. I think that they had a lot offun coming up with different styles and designs for this one. I had the chance to draw a few examples per class. I thought it would be fun to share them with you here. There might be one or two that I will eventually paint. Let me know what you think.
